This is where your staff runs the night. From the POS they help players, handle payouts, pull reports, and collect tax information before any qualifying payment goes out.

These are the upright player cabinets members recognize—bill acceptor, ticket printer, and a big touchscreen in a sturdy cabinet that looks at home in a hall or lounge.

What pairs with it

A POS for sure. A payout station only when your install location and expected play volume make self-serve cash out a good fit. Otherwise, payouts stay with the cashier.

Payout station — cash out without the line

Members cash out on their own, so staff or leadership is not stuck counting cash every few minutes. You do not automatically get a payout station—it depends on your install location and expected volume of play.

How we decide: During setup we look at where the equipment will sit and how busy the site is likely to be. Higher volume locations are the ones that usually get a payout station; quieter sites keep payouts at the POS.

AIO bartop — plays where it sits

All-in-one bartop units stay put on a bar or counter. They are for organizations that want dedicated play seats without a full cabinet, bill acceptor, or printer on the unit itself. Members add money through the cashier at the POS.

A good fit when

You have a smaller hall, a busy bar top, or you want fixed seats without the depth of a cabinet. Your cashier still runs payouts and tax steps from the POS.

Some organizations want handheld or table-side play for lounge seating or a packed night. Tablets are an optional add-on—ask us if that fits your hall. Not every site needs them.

How most sites start: POS with cabinets, or POS with AIO units. A payout station is added only when location and expected volume call for it. Tablets come later only if you want more seats without adding another cabinet.
